We have broadband, people.

“Good evening, Kuentos. How can I help you?”
“Hi, I just had broadband installed and I’m calling to get the mail server names so I can configure my email client.”
“Sure! What’s your phone number?”
“Blah, blah, blah – blah blah, blah blah.”
(Can you guess what happened next? Come on, think.)
Seconds later, the tech on the phone suddenly becomes very familiar when he laughs and exclaims, “Prima!”
And then I proceeded to spend the next 15 minutes chatting and catching up with my primo Matty.
I love that about island living. Oh, and my apologies if you were on hold with Kuentos last night around 8:00 because all operators were busy.
You know what else I love? I love having a broadband connection at home. One of my goals this year is to go wireless at home so I can enjoy broadband from the comfort of my new bed. Hmm. Is sloth still considered one of the 7 deadly sins? *yawn*
P.S. Did you know? Kuentos is the chamorro word for talk.
The Faces of Meth is a gallery of before and after headshots of meth users. Theresa Baxter, Jennifer Lundgren and Perry Bennett positively gave me the shivers.

    Not at all!
