Rats!

One of the head honchos at work opened his snack drawer and guess what he found? A rat the size of a kitten! It took two men to catch the rat. Later that morning, as a pest control expert inspected my office, he said to me, “Rats are very clever and can fit into places you don’t even think about. See that cable right there by your head? A rat would use that to travel across the room.”
As if I needed more fodder for my paranoia. I wonder if anyone would mind if I covered the walls of my office with steel wool. Rats hate steel wool.
Anyway.
Please help me, if you can. I can’t remember how to configure Movable Type to open comment links in a new window. Shows you how rusty I am. I thought it would be as easy as adding a “target=_blank” tag in the comment listing template, but it’s not working for me.
