Procrastinating…ho hum…

I should really get started on my taxes. Maybe I’ll download the forms today.
I’m the sort of gal who files on the 15th, and it’s usually around 11:00pm. I think the closest I ever came to the deadline was 11:45 p.m. If I knew we’d be getting an obscene amount of money back, I’d probably file with enthusiasm the day I got my W-2. But the last couple of years we’ve actually ended up paying a little. I hear people in the office talking about geting thousands back, and of course they all have children whereas we only have a few animals we can’t claim as dependents.
Have you done yours?

You think being in the military that’d I’d get something back. No luck this year; wife’s job at UoG didn’t take out nearly enough so…time to pay The Man.

Folks really ought to be able to claim their pets! Our “babies” rely on us for everything – food, shelter, medical care, bathing, grooming, and other miscellaneous expenses. Perhaps we should unite with other pet owners nationwide and petition the IRS =)

I agree,I think we should claim our kids (pets)last month I spent close to 400 bucks for(four dogs) their shots and what they needed, and the receptionist, said to me do you have a part time job? I said why? She said, cause the bill is so,so..
I asked her, are you hiring? It isn’t funny, but they are expensive. We should claim them!!!
