Flossing is very, very important

I saw the dentist this week. Twice. 18 x-rays later, I learned I have one cavity and am need of a “deep cleaning,” a process that takes TWO HOURS. Not as bad as I had feared, and I feared the worst considering the embarrassing number of YEARS it’s been since my last visit. YEARS!
That might explain the strange and terrifying recurring dream I have of getting my teeth knocked out.

From a former Dental Hygienist to you, three words: Floss, floss, floss. Your teeth will ove you! 😉

    Josie-
I’ve always admired your teeth (and smile). A cavity once every 30 years is not bad at all! I think all my back teeth are full of silver.

Arnold, I had no idea you used to be a dental hygienist. Cool.
Annalynn, I have some silver fillings, too! I’d like to be on Exreme Makeover just for the teeth part. That way, they can do away with all the silver. I love how they transform people’s smiles on that show.

same here- if there was one thing i regret, it’s not taking good care of my teeth…and if there is one thing i want for a makeover- it’s teeth too, cause i like to smile- a lot….
