First One In, Last One To Leave
“So let me see if I have this straight: You want me to put the American and Guam flags next to a latte stone, put the date AND the logo ON the latte stone, and then put everything on a COCONUT?”
“Exactly!”
This job is killing my artistic SOUL, I tell you.

Yesterday marked my fourth 13-hour workday in a row. I’m tired, but I’m in good spirits…and as cute as ever. 😉
This morning I will send the project I’ve been slaving over to press, after which my life will return to normal. I may even leave the office today while the sun is still out. Imagine that!
Other than that, I’ve graduated to the 24oz cup of coffee. Where’s the 40oz?
How are you?
I’ve had clients just like that… you know there are people who do that kind of work… working for the Arts Council I have seen first hand the Chamorro crafters do exactly that. What medium are you using? Ifit? Stone? Paper? COME ON FOLKS… LEAVE THE DESIGNING TO THE DESIGNER!
Speaking of 13 hour days… just got back from the 26th Annual Flame Tree Festival in Saipan… 9am to 11pm daily for 4 days… couldn’t find a “Green Monster” anywhere. http://www.monsterenergy.com
I hope today you leave the office while the sun is still out.
Welcome to my world. 🙂
Drop me a line when you hit the 120-hour workweek. Those aren’t fun.
I bet those ’92 emails don’t help. 🙂
OMG, Raquel! Every morning and throughout the day my inbox is FLOODED with CO92 messages. Thanks. Thanks A LOT.
overworked. sleepless. anxious. contemplative.
yet held together and hopeful!
how lovely of you to ask and how great of you to share!
In the last 48 hours, I’ve Accepted a job offer, resigned from my job and joshie got into our favorite school. I’m looking forward to spending less time in the car going from 120 mile round trip drive to and from work to about a 45 mile round trip drive. Awesome!
i’ve just got back to work from maternity leave… it’s hard staying awake in the afternoon, that is normally my nap time.. dayum i’m tired…
can’t wait for drinks on saturday… will call you..
Yes, i agree, leave the designing up to the designer… that’s what you pay them for… some people have no idea… too funny…
