In 6 hours or so, Josie really will be on a vacation far away, just like the song. First a day trip to Nagoya, then on to Oahu for the 2008 BFF Reunion.
Thank you for all the fantastic recommendations on things to do whilst in Hawaii. I hope to do as much as I can cram into 6 days without losing my mind. You can bet I will take many gigabytes of photographs and video. I packed the iBook so I will be posting to Flickr and Vimeo from Hawaii.

everyone had great suggestion of things to do/places to visit while in hawaii. i just remembered one more: sit in on a free uke lesson at the royal hawaiian shopping center in waikiki. it's an uber tourist thing to do, but thats why it'll be so fun!

I'm so jealous! My best friend lives in Oahu now but she says the beaches are nothing compared to Guam waters ;) Have a wonderful time!! Don't sleep!!
