Let's hope it remains at a standstill forever and ever.

Hm. What's a "boring" permit? Is that an industry term or do they literally mean a boring permit? Your permit makes me yawn. Bleh. haha

Ha ha ha. You know, I'm no architect, but I thought when we got the info that there's got to be a better way to describe a license to tunnel into the earth.

Kinda makes me laugh like the night I had to read on live TV, "The agency did not appropriate the money in an appropriate manner" or the "Officials could not release the details of where the inmate had been detailed."

this is most probably way off topic, but Ive come across your site while searching for some information about Guam...well mainly climate related stuff. The thing is, Ill be coming over there at the end of July.And as Ive sadly come to know, you guys have got the rainy season coming up at that time right?
How bad is it? Does it mean gray skies every day, or will there be the odd day with some sun shine?
As I said, this is completely unrelated, but Id be really thankful for your help!
