My new experiment is to unplug myself from the internet from Friday night to Monday morning.

So far it's been a liberating experience, but boy is it a task to catch up come Monday morning.

What did you do this weekend?

had a little get together with fellow aolg '92 grads at our place on sat and the lounged at home and cleaned up my mess from the night before on sunday.

went riding with my new paceline team for Team in Training...went 28 miles through Portola Valley and Canada road along the San Andreas fault line...i got dropped at mile 16 but was still a great ride (i didn't have any breakfast, tsk-tsk)...
