Ritidian Beach

The dry season really hasn't been living up to its name.

it's such a beautiful contrast. the beach seems to convey a relaxed atmosphere. then you look up to the looming darkness. :]

gosh...that's some incredibly stark contrasts in this picture...i love how the sky looks so menacing and the ocean boiling with anticipation for what seems to be brewing...

Beautiful photo. Not the usual stuff. The sky looks like a gray ocean, so it almost looks as if one's seeing the light and dark sides of the sea.

I used photoshop to assign the white and grey points and also applied a very slight unsharp mask filter.

What amazes me is how the sky changed the color of the sea from blue to green.

Weak La Nina setting up this year...means wetter then normal for Guam.
