What... no 2006 Guam calendar of your own Josie? I just received the much anticipated and touted 'Scenic Guam' calendar and I personally think that your images are so much better. Ever thought about marketing and merchandising poster prints for sale at KMART and beyond? If I were you, I would submit your portfolio as Rights Managed to www.corbis.com or www.gettyimages.com. Trust me, your images are worthy of the attention and you should have no problem profiting from your artwork.

Thanks for the ego-booster, Thomas. Flattery will get you everywhere!

I released a 2004 calendar via Cafepress and was pleased with the results. I liked that I didn't have to pay up-front printing costs and shipping/handling was managed by Cafepress. The down side was that Cafepress charged international shipping rates to ship to Guam i.e. an arm and a leg and I thought it outrageous that non-mainland folks would end up paying close to $30 for a calendar (even with a very tiny markup). Anyway. I'm hoping to put out a 2007 calendar, but I haven't worked out all the logistics yet. Stay tuned.
