Remember that guy I've been trying to get a decent shot holding his sign? Yesterday he walked into the U.S. District Court of Guam holding his cell phone and told security guards there was a bomb in his car and his phone was the detonator.
Yeah. So I guess I'm not going to be getting that photo I wanted anytime soon.
